Feminist Pedagogy

The objective of feminist pedagogy is to implement the inclusion of all genders in the sector to which the activity corresponds.

During the history of mankind, certain sectors of study and work have been associated with certain genders. This can cause effects such as reluctance, discomfort, impostor syndrome or even a total rejection of the environment in which the day to day takes place. Ensuring an inclusive and comfortable environment for everyone improves class attendance as well as performance.
