Activity description:
Looking ahead to the next academic year, once the attendance data was analyzed according to the type of class in the subject, it was decided to eliminate the theory lectures that represented 33% of the total class hours. In this way, all the teaching will be done in a medium group (maximum 30 people) and in a computer room.
On the other hand, teachers have been brought in who can provide a more practical view of programming, introducing real practices that motivate more.
Activity evaluation system and impact on the evaluation of the subject:
The evaluation system does not change.
Promotion of attendance in the classroom:
We don't know how it will work, but the new organization is based on the type of classes that students value best.
Evidence of student assessment:
No data available yet.
Proportion of hours dedicated by the teaching staff to the hours dedicated by the students:
The calculation is teacher hours / student hours. Faculty hours include preparation, execution and evaluation. Studentship hours include both in-classroom and out-of-classroom work.
This change implies an increase of 20% more resources.
